We ship to many countries and we offer different shipping options to best meet your needs. You can check whether we ship to your country by consulting the table below. Shipping costs and times by country will be displayed at checkout.

Due to different circumstances, there are some countries that we don't ship to. If you cannot see your location listed in the previous table, unfortunately that means we do not offer delivery to your country. Whenever possible, we recommend that you send your parcel to a friend or family member living in one of the countries on the list for shipment.

Delivery times depend on: Country selected. You can choose between different shipping options from the checkout. An estimated delivery time and cost will be displayed for each option.

There is no guaranteed delivery date for orders sent via postal services.

Delivery dates quoted at checkout are an estimation only.

We aim to meet the delivery times quoted but during busy periods, deliveries may take a little longer.

Occasionally circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions or customs inspections, can result in delivery delays.

If your order has not yet shipped, then we should be able to update your address, so long as the delivery country/location remains the same.

We cannot change the delivery country/location.

If your order has already shipped, it depends on the delivery method selected:

Airmail

We cannot intercept airmail packages.

If the package is undelivered, it will eventually be returned to us.

Please note this is likely to take some time (maybe several weeks).

Courier

Depending on the status of the delivery and the courier, we may be able to update the address (we cannot guarantee but will make the best effort to do so).

We cannot change the delivery country/location.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and depend on destination country/location, size/weight of the package and shipping method selected.

For any product purchased on the delsey.com site, you have 14 days to return the product to us, from the date DELSEY is informed of your decision to withdraw. Once this period has passed, DELSEY reserves the right to right to refuse your return.

DELSEY refunds all sums paid, including delivery costs, after receipt of the product and validation by our quality department of its compliance with our procedure described above or from the date on which you provide DELSEY with proof of the dispatch of these goods, the date retained being that of the first of these events. The time required to view the refund depends on the organization that issued your card. The amount of the returned product will be credited to the means of payment used for the purchase unless expressly agreed by the customer for DELSEY to use another means of payment and insofar as the reimbursement does not incur any costs for the customer.

If a promo code is used, DELSEY refunds the amount paid with the reduction of the promo code. DELSEY is not required to reimburse the additional costs if the customer has expressly chosen a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery method offered by DELSEY. Orders

Where is My Order?

It can take between 1-4 business days (not including weekends and national holidays) for us to prepare a package for international delivery.

Once your order ships, you will be sent an auto-email containing tracking information.

If there has been no update on the tracking information for more than 5 business days, please let us know so that we can open an investigation.

The investigation to locate a package may take several weeks.

If for any reason it is determined the parcel is lost in transit you will be issued a full refund.

We are unable to modify orders once they have processed through our system.

Warranties

All DELSEY luggage is guaranteed for 2, 3, 5 or 10 years from its date of purchase, excluding electrical and electronic components. The warranty period for your product is mentioned on the product sheet on the website www.delsey.com and on the warranty certificate. The warranty for electronic and electrical components (excluding batteries) is for a period of two (2) years .The replacement of the product covered by the guarantee does not have the consequence of extending the initial duration of the commercial guarantee. The duration of the guarantee for your product is indicated on its guarantee card which is inside your product.

You must go on our warranty website to register your product. The warranty begin on the purchase date of your item.

The commercial warranty applies to new products sold on the www.delsey.com online store. The commercial warranty covers apparent manufacturing defects likely to interfere with the normal use of the product, according to the terms below: - the warranty covers the replacement of parts recognized as defective. - without covering either the accident resulting from damage external factors such as dropping, shock, fire, burns, excessive humidity or dry heat, impregnation by a liquid, nor theft, nor improper use or modification of the product, nor normal wear and tear, nor voluntary damage due to the user and cannot give the right to damages. The TSA (Transportation Security Administration) combination lock allows you to secure your luggage with a code while allowing US customs authorities in charge of transport security to check it when it enters US soil without the damage. The key slot on the TSA combination lock is therefore dedicated to the American administration. The interest of this lock is to facilitate access to customs authorities and thus prevent them from damaging your luggage. Payment

You can make your purchases in complete safety on our completely secure online store thanks to the following systems:- The encrypted indications concerning the order (name, address, credit card and bank details) cannot be read by outsiders.- Recognized secure transmission "SECURE SOCKET LAYER" (SSL) - Securing transactions on the internet supported by Adyen (Internet Secure Payment Service). - HTTPS mode on the payment pages We also suggest that you never give out your passwords, bank card code, and other confidential elements outside the payment and connection pages of the site.

Only one coupon code can be used per order. Please note that coupon codes cannot be combined.

Reparation

To have your DELSEY luggage repaired, we suggest that you contact us using this form. You will be able to operate your warranty if your luggage meets the repair conditions, and have it repaired by people who are familiar with our products. Bring your luggage, your proof of purchase and your guarantee card during your visit.

If you wish to have your DELSEY luggage which is no longer under warranty repaired, you can contact us via the contact form. However, in the event of an accident caused to the luggage during transport, we suggest that you take action immediately against the carrier.

All DELSEY products are guaranteed against any manufacturing defect, the first sign of quality. The warranty for your product begins on the date of purchase, which you can find on your invoice or in your personal “My Account” space.
